We waited half hour and see people coming inafter goto the doctor first. Then wefound out they never inputted out orders tothe doctor. Ihave totake time off tocome here, its just ridiculous

Able tomake anappointment so5min wait time. The gal that checked mein was very helpful. All the nurses and staff were very professional and answered all myquestions. Got myx-ray results back in24hours with anemail notification they were available. Ihighly recommend!

Even though Iconfirmed myappointment with someone onthe phone and filed out all the pre check-in intimation they still didn't have meon the schedule for myappointment. Iwas also charged three times more then the appointment was suppose tocost with noreceipt totell mewhy.
The technicians that did mytesting were very nice and professional. They made the experience much better then itstartedout. They handled menot being onthe schedule quickly and got methrough the process easily.

The staff has always been great atthis location. This time Ihad numerous problems with the checking inonline. Iwas inthe phone over anhour with nosolutions. When Iarrived they didn’t give methe correct paperwork tofill out and mytechnician had todo itlast minute. She was wonderful though.

Showed upearly for mymammogram, atcheck inI was informed Ididn’t have anappt. Ireceived several text message reminders about the appt, soyes Ido haveone. Ishowed them the appt time, date, place onmy phone. “Sorry. Iknow we’ve had issues with appts made online not making itto our system. Wecan work you inbut you’ll need towait tobe seen between other patients who have appts. She’s already double booked soit will bea 30min wait.” None ofthe paperwork Ifilled out online “madeit over totheir system” soI had tofill that out again.Oh, and you can’t make online appts for X-rays, those are walk-in only, and that tech decided not toshow uptoday.… – show

I had avery good experience atSimonmed. Ineeded some film tocheck for cancer and they got mein the very same day myappointment went well and Iwas cleared ofany problems which took the worry away ina very short time. They were very professional and Ihave agood experience

Booking anappointment was easy. Online check inand upload ofdocuments was also simple. Staff atreception were pleasant. Ibarely sat down and was calledin. The staff for both procedures were patient, and efficient. Iwas out very quickly.
